The Miss Tabi's Swim School website was designed to transform a local swim instructor’s offerings into a cohesive, engaging digital experience that speaks directly to parents of young children. The primary goal was to build trust quickly while conveying a sense of warmth, safety, and playfulness—key factors in a parent’s decision-making process.
I began by developing a visual identity that reflects the brand’s personality: lighthearted, approachable, and child-friendly. This included a carefully selected color palette, soft and inviting typography, and imagery that highlights joyful, early swim experiences. Every design decision was made to reinforce a sense of comfort and confidence for parents visiting the site.
From a user experience perspective, the site was structured to reduce friction and guide visitors naturally toward enrollment. Large, clearly defined clickable elements and subtle animations create an interactive, engaging flow while maintaining simplicity and clarity. The navigation prioritizes what parents care about most—understanding the lessons, evaluating safety and credibility, and quickly finding pricing and logistics.

To support this journey, I integrated key content areas including detailed lesson descriptions, transparent pricing, testimonials to build social proof, and comprehensive FAQs and policies to address common concerns upfront. This ensures that parents can find everything they need in one place without hesitation or confusion.

The result is a website that not only captures the playful spirit of the brand but also functions as an effective conversion tool—helping parents feel informed, reassured, and ready to sign up their child for swim lessons.
